๐ CARSIT InnovX โ Call for Invitation
Innovation & Industry Expo
CARSIT InnovX invites technology companies, startups, university teams, researchers, developers and innovators to showcase software products, prototypes and practical solutions aligned with the event themes.
The Expo is designed to connect researchers and innovators with industry, demonstrate how research can solve real-world problems, and create opportunities for technology demonstration, partnerships and future collaboration.
Who should join?
- Technology companies and startups
- Universities and student innovation teams
- R&D organisations and software companies
- Telecom, banking, healthcare, agriculture and manufacturing organisations
- Government technology agencies
What can be showcased?
Software products, digital platforms, AI/ML systems, mobile/web applications, dashboards, cybersecurity solutions, IoT systems, educational technologies, healthcare technologies, business systems, prototypes, technical proof-of-concepts and MVPs.
๐จ Visual / Conceptual Prototype
Architecture diagrams, data-flow diagrams, technical workflows, infographics, network designs, AI/ML workflows, process models, storyboards, application screens, simulations or conceptual models may be used to communicate the problem, proposed solution, system components, workflow and intended application.
๐ฅ๏ธ UI/UX Prototype
Figma/Adobe XD prototypes, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, screen flows, user journeys and design systems are welcome. A visual/interactive prototype may qualify even before the underlying software is complete when it clearly demonstrates proposed functionality and interaction.
๐ป Functional Prototype
Working web/mobile applications, AI/ML demonstrations, interactive dashboards, simulations, algorithms, IoT or hardware-software systems, proof-of-concepts and MVPs are encouraged where available. A short screen-recorded demonstration may show key features, workflow and technical operation.
๐ Prototype maturity levels
Idea, infographic or conceptual diagram.
Architecture, workflow or technical design.
Figma, wireframes, mock-ups or interactive designs.
Algorithm, AI/ML model, simulation or proof-of-concept.
Working software, application or system demonstration.
A usable early-stage product or technology.
๐ Early assessment evidence
Participants may combine visual/conceptual prototypes, architecture or technical diagrams, infographics, workflows, UI/UX designs, Figma prototypes, wireframes, simulations and technical proof-of-concepts. Where applicable, a screen recording can demonstrate:
Assessment materials should explain the innovation, problem, proposed solution, system/design, functionality, technical approach, intended users, potential application/impact and future development.
A fully functional prototype is encouraged but is not mandatory at the early-assessment stage.
Expo pathway
Participants may use the Expo to meet researchers, customers, partners, sponsors and future talent while demonstrating the practical value of their technology.
